6.Bill rebate added to current package upon customer submit proof of penalty payment receipt
7.Submission of penalty payment (from current provider) receipt shall be made within first 30 days from date of unifi activated; TM reserved the right not to entertain any submission after the said period.
8.TV brand & specification to be determined by TM and it is subject to stock availability. TM shall not entertain any request from customer to exchange to cash term or TV brand/specifications.
9.Customer is not allowed to modify package (upgrade/downgrade and change/remove unifiTV pack ) within the first 12 months.
10.Termination/cancellation of the plan within commitment period, customer will be charged subscription fee on the remaining contract months.
11.Winback plan revert to normal if unifimobile plan not activated or removed/port out
