Terms&Conditions

1. RinggitPlus RHB Credit Card/-i Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Jirnexu Sdn Bhd (1081989-D), (“The Organiser”) shall commence on 30th November 2020, and be available until 3rd December 2020, both dates inclusive unless notified otherwise (“Campaign Period”). The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than 3rd December 2020. Applications received after the Campaign has ended will not be valid.

2. The Campaign is open to all customers who:

2.1 Make an online application at ringgitplus.com (“Organiser’s website”) for a new RHB Credit Cards/-i during the Campaign Period;

2.2 Subsequently approved as a Principal Cardholder (“Cardholder”); and

2.3 Activated the newly received RHB Credit Card/-i within thirty (30) days from the date of approval.

3. The following persons shall not be eligible for the Campaign:

3.1 Permanent and contract employees of RHB and the Organiser;

3.2 Existing Principal Cardholders of any RHB Credit Card/-i; or Cardholders who had cancelled his/her RHB Credit Card/-i(s) within one (1) year before the date of application.

4. The Organiser offers an exclusive gift ("Campaign Gift") to customers who are approved by RHB and become Cardholders through online application at the Organiser's website.

5. Each Cardholder is eligible to only one (1) Campaign Gift throughout the Campaign Period.

6. To qualify for a Campaign Gift, Cardholder must apply for a new eligible RHB Cards (as define in Clause 7) from the Organiser’s website during the Campaign Period.

7. Eligible RHB Cards/-i (s) are as follows:

8. Cardholder's application for a new RHB Credit Cards/-i must be made via the Organiser’s website during the Campaign Period. RHB reserves the right to approve or reject application submitted at the website.

9. The RHB Credit Cards/-i approved by RHB must be activated by the Cardholder within thirty (30) days of the RHB Credit Card/-i approved date (“Eligible Cardholder”). Eligible Cardholder who meet the requirements shall be entitled to receive one Campaign Gift. The offer of the Campaign Gift is exclusively available at the Organiser’s website.

10. Campaign Special Terms and Conditions:

10.1 The Campaign is opened to customers who applied for any of RHB Cards via RinggitPlus website (https://ringgitplus.com/) during the Campaign Period, and successfully fulfil the requirements for each products as stated in the Campaign Terms and Conditions.

10.2 The Applicants are required to provide the Identity Card (MyKad) images (front and back) during the application via Organiser’s website (RinggitPlus WhatsApp).

10.3 The Exclusive Campaign Gift (“Campaign Gift”) as below:

10.4 The first 50 successful applicants are on a “first come first serve” basis, and is determined by the date and time of the online application via RinggitPlus website ringgitplus.com for a Qualifying Product.

10.5 The successful applicant who is not part of the first 50 successful applicant will be entitled to the Tier 2 gifts (as listed in the table above).

10.6 Selection of the first 50 winners will be done by RinggitPlus, upon receiving the successful applicants list from RHB Banking Group, in which the list of winners will be announced and published on RinggitPlus Facebook page, by 28th February 2021.

10.7 The Tier 1 & 2 Campaign Gift will be fulfilled directly via SMS to the registered mobile number provided during application on RinggitPlus within thirty (30) days of the eligible participant complying with the Terms and Conditions.

11. RinggitPlus reserves the right to halt the Campaign Gift fulfilment and disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfil the Campaign Terms and Conditions, or applicants who falls under the following categories:

• applicants who have cancelled the approved credit card within 6 months from the gift claimed date

• applicants who have an outstanding/arrears balance more than 90 days on the approved credit card

• applicants who have lost or replaced the approved credit card within 6 months from the gift claimed date

12. Only Cardholders who fulfil the Campaign Special Terms and Conditions shall be eligible for an Exclusive Campaign Gift. The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify applicants who have failed to fulfil the Special Offer Terms and Conditions and/or who have submitted incomplete or inaccurate data, without prior notice.

13. Campaign Gift is subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser reserve the right to substitute alternative gifts of equivalent or greater value with no notice.

14. Campaign Gift cannot be transferred to other parties, is not refundable and not exchangeable for cash, credit or other goods.

15. RHB is not affiliated with the Organiser and makes no representation or warranty with respect to the Campaign and/or its suitability for any purpose.

16. RHB and/or the Organiser shall not be responsible nor shall accept any liabilities of any nature (including injury, death, consequential loss or damage) and however arising or suffered by the successful applicant and/or any third party resulting directly or indirectly from this Campaign unless it arises from RHB’s and/or the Organiser’s negligence or wilful misconduct specifically related to this Campaign.

17. RHB shall not be responsible for any misinterpretation or misrepresentation of facts by any unauthorised third party with respect to this Campaign that is published in any mass media, marketing, or advertising materials.

18. By applying at ringgitplus.com, all customers consent to the use of their personal data by the Organiser for the purposes of the administration of this offer and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented, such as the Terms and Conditions, Personal Data and Information Notice, and Privacy Policy published at ringgitplus.com

19. By accepting the offer each eligible person agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

19.1 The Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Campaign. Any cancellation, termination or suspension of the Campaign by The Organiser shall not entitle the applicant to any claim or compensation against The Organiser for any loss or damage incurred by the applicant as a direct and indirect result of such cancellation, termination or suspension.

19.2 The decisions of the Organiser in relation to every aspect of the Campaign, including but not limited to the type of Campaign Gift, shall be deemed final and conclusive under any circumstance and no complaint from any applicant will be entertained. The decisions of The Organiser are final, conclusive and binding and no further appeal, enquiry and/or correspondence will be entertained.
